The (sulfurized) water from the plant is discharged into the sea via a canal that runs to the beach of the town (see photos below, the second and third were borrowed from the internet).
Funnily enough, some of the friends I was bathing with were wearing silver jewelry that was dyed by the sulfur.
I was able to verify some of the virtues that are attributed to its waters and I will certainly return on my next trip.
